Zillah Leopards crushes Wapato Wolves 93-0 in Washington high school football game

Zillah High School cornerback Madden Garcia racked up 71 rushing yards and scored 1 touchdown to guide the Zillah Leopards to a 93-0 win over the Wapato Wolves on Friday night at Dr. Dan Doornink Field in a high school football game.

The Leopards also received vital efforts from linebacker Braydon Flood who rushed 4 times for 77 yards and 1 touchdown and linebacker Brady Damron who rushed 2 times for 62 yards and 1 touchdown.

Wapato’s wide receiver Enrique Espinoza threw for 27 yards, running back Aiden Badonie picked up 16 rushing yards and wide receiver Joseph Larez had 27 receiving yards.

The win helps Zillah improve to 5-2 on the season while Wapato falls to 0-7. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Zillah will challenge the Toppenish Wildcats at home on Friday October 29. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
